• To trigger the shutter, press down the shutter
release on the wireless transmitter (1)/wireless
receiver (9) firmly. The status LEDs (2/10) will
turn red.
5.1 Use as a wireless remote shutter release:
Note – Range
The maximum range in open spaces is 150
metres. External interference such as WLAN,
mobile phones, power lines, etc. can lessen the
range considerably.
• Use the slide control (3) to select the various
shooting modes.
Single-frame shooting (4):
This function allows you to press the shutter release
(1) once to take a single picture.
Continuous mode (5):
To take multiple pictures in quick succession, press
and hold the shutter release (1).
Note – Release frequency
Note that the release frequency depends on the
storage media and/or the shooting mode used on
the camera.
Alternatively, you can activate your camera's
continuous shooting function and set the slide
controller (3) to the BULB function.
• Now press down the shutter release of the
wireless transmitter (1) to start continuous
shooting.
• Press the shutter release (1) again to stop
continuous shooting.
BULB function (6):
Use the BULB function (6) to take a picture with
time exposure.
• Activate the BULB/time exposure mode on your
camera.

• Now press down the shutter release of the
wireless transmitter (1) to start shooting.
• Press the shutter release (1) again to stop
shooting.
Note – Exposure time
Note that the exposure time may be limited by the
battery capacity of the camera/wireless transmitter
(A)/wireless receiver (B).
Time-delayed shutter release function (7):
The shutter release command is only sent to the
camera about 4 seconds after the shutter release (1)
is pressed down.
Note – Shooting mode
• Note that support for the shooting modes
may vary depending on your terminal device.
As a result, use of the shooting modes may
be limited.
• Please refer to the operating instructions for
the terminal devices used.
5.2 Use as a cable remote shutter release:
The wireless receiver (B) connected via the adapter
cable can also be used as a cable remote shutter
release (9).
Note
This wireless receiver's (9) shutter release function
can also be used without batteries.

6. Care and Maintenance

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free
cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Make sure that water does not get into the product.
