Herb Pork Loin Chops
Ingredients
Dried Italian herbs
Salt
Paprika
Mustard powder

Pork loin chops
Method
• Combine the herbs and spices and blend well. Rub the mixture on the pork chops
and let stand for 15-20 minutes. (Alternatively, place the seasoned pork chops in
a shallow bowl, cover and refrigerate for a up to 12 hours.)
• Preheat the grill until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
• When the grill plates are hot, arrange seasoned pork chops on the bottom plate,
close the top plate and grill for 5-6 minutes.
Grilled Green Beans with Feta Cheese
Ingredients
Green beans
Olive oil
Salt
Lemon juice
Fresh basil leaves
Black pepper
Feta cheese
Method
• Preheat the grill until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
• Place the beans into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
• When the grill plates are hot, arrange half the beans on the bottom plate, close
the top plate and grill for 5-6 minutes.
• Using silicone tongs, remove the beans, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with half
the salt. Keep warm.
• Grill remaining beans and add to the bowl. Season with the remaining salt, lemon
juice, basil and pepper and toss to coat.
• Arrange the beans in a shallow bowl and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
