WARRANTY
The WA1500 (Mobile Cart), the WA2000 (Timer/Temperature Indicator Console) and the WA4000 (General Purpose Probe
Console) each carry a one-year warranty. DO NOT ATTEMPT IN-HOUSE REPAIRS AS THEY WILL VOID YOUR
WARRANTY.

SERVICE AND REPAIR

In case of malfunction, immediately turn gas cylinder master valve "OFF". Detach instrument from gas cylinder. Call the
factory at 203-799-2000 and ask the Service Department for assistance. If a repair is needed, carefully sanitize and
package the unit in a protective carton. Items that are not sanitized will be returned to the customer freight collect. Include a
note stating the problem and ask for a repair estimate. All shipments must be made via prepaid parcel post or U.S. Mail.
C.O.D. packages will not be accepted. Address package to the attention of the Repair Department at the address below:
