Ingredients:

6 cups flour
•
1/4 cup & 2 tbsp granulates sugar
•
4 tbsp baking powder
•
1 1/2 tsp table salt
•
4 large eggs
Steps:
•
In a large mixing bowl, pour in your dry ingredients.
•
Mix the ingredients together lightly on the lowest setting until sifted
•
In a small bowl separate the egg whites from the yolks.
•
Use the highest setting to beat the egg whites until they peak.
•
Then in the large mixing bowl add in your milk, butter milk, vanilla, egg
yolks, egg whites and melted butter.
•
Beat all the ingredients together on the 2nd setting until you have a
smooth batter.
•
Carefully pour the batter into your waffle maker & bake.
