Crepe Bat ter
Ingredients:
•
1/4 cup unsalted butter
•
1 cup reduced fat milk
•
3/4 cup flour
•
1/2 tsp sea salt
•
2 tbs granulated sugar
Steps:
•
Melt the butter with the milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
•
While the butter is melting, in a medium bowl combine the flour, salt, and
sugar using the lowest setting to sift the ingredients together.
•
Then add the eggs, and vanilla & mix on the 2nd setting for about 1 minute or
until thick
•
Slowly add in the warm milk and butter mixture, mixing on the lowest setting.
•
Then heat a skillet & melt butter or spray with non-stick.
•
Pour a spoonful of mixture onto the skillet, moving the batter around to form
a thin layer.
•
Use a spatula to flip after 1 minute.
•
Cool in the refrigerator before serving with fresh fruit
