Mashed
Potatoes
Ingredients:
•
2 pounds red potatoes
•
2 tbsp butter
•
1 cup buttermilk
•
1 oz parmesan grated
•
1 tsp salt
Steps:
•
In a large pot bring water to a boil.
•
Cut your potatoes into 4's
•
Boil the potatoes with their skins on for 30 minutes or until you can stick a fork in
them
•
Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl
•
Pour in the rest of your ingredients
•
Take your hand mixer and press down with your beaters in the middle of the bowl
squishing the potatoes
•
Start by mixing your ingredients on the lowest setting and as more of your
ingredients blend together gradually increase the hand mixers speed.
•
Mix for about 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are well blended.
•
Serve warm.
