1. Mounting
- Place the bowl support at the lowest side of the guides.
- Insert the bowl positioning it over the support and tightening the nuts.
- In this position, the tool required is engaged (hook, beater or balloon
whisk) in the shaft. Peg is engaged in the tool notch by the bayonet
system.
2. Maintenance
- No lubrication required. Never moisten the accessory with water.
- Check for the perfect cleanliness of the tool-holder shaft.
- Apply regularly a little oil to the two guides, the screws and the nuts.

1. Fittings rack
Discs and grids are kept separate boxes, which can be coupled,
making a single hanging block.
In this rack, the fittings are protected against shocks and it's very prac-
tical.
The use of the rack leaves out any risk of accidents.
2. Installation of fittings
- Open the frame cover, by releasing the lock.

- Install the ejecting disc on the driving shaft.
- If necessary, insert a grid in the inlet recess.
- Install a disc on the driving shaft.
- Lower the frame cover, and lock it.
Warning: It would never be allowed to insert the fingers in the cutter
accessory mouth when it is running. Always use only the lever.

CLEANING OF THE ACCESSORIES
-All the elements that are in contact with the product, should be clea-
ned immediately after use with hot water and a food compatible deter-
