General Care and Cleaning
Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power supply and has cooled
down completely.
Do not clean the unit with water. Make sure that no water is allowed to enter the ventilation slots
on the inside or outside of the unit.
The entire unit may be wiped with a slightly damp lint-free cloth and a mild household
detergent. Wipe thoroughly dry afterwards.
Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning solutions. Steam cleaning appliances or commercially
available cleaning sprays for conventional baking ovens are not to be used.
The interior surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly after each operation cycle. The inside of the
door as well as the door frames must be kept clean at all times.
The glass turntable and roller ring are suitable for dish-washers. The roller ring as well as the
guiding track area underneath the glass turntable must be kept clean at all times.
The grill rack may be cleaned with warm soapy water. Make sure it is wiped completely dry afterwards
with a soft cloth.
