MALFUNCTION & ERROR CODES
When the air conditioner status is abnormal, the indicator display on the indoor unit will
display an appropriate error code. Refer to the below table for specific and immediate
action.

Other error codes
WARNING
If the following phenomenon occurs, immediately turn off the air conditioner unit and
disconnect the power cords. Contact technical support or qualified professionals for as-
sistance.

The power cord is overheating, shows scorch marks, or damaged.
•
Abnormal sounds occur (other than those described in the troubleshooting guide).
The noise is the sound of flowing refrigerant, which
continues for several minutes after turning the unit off
to avoid damage to the unit.
The unit makes cracking noises
The cracking noises are caused by the normal expan-
sion and contraction of parts with rapid temperature
changes. This is normal; the pieces are designed to re-
sist and withstand such natural expansion and friction.
