CHOOSING INSTALLATION LOCATION
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Installing the unit in the following places may cause malfunction. If installation in one of
these conditions is unavoidable, please consult the local dealer:
1. Avoid placement near heat sources, as well as sources of flammable or volatile
vapors, liquids, or gas in the air.
2. Avoid placement near high-frequency devices, such as welding equipment, serv-
ers and networking equipment, & medical equipment.
3. Avoid placement near beaches or coastal areas.
4. Never place the unit in locations with oil or fumes.
5. Never place the unit near sulfur gas.
6. Avoid placement in restricted zones except under special circumstances.
7. Never place the unit in the laundry.
8. Never place the unit indoors; it is not designed for indoor use.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
1. Select a location with no obstructions near the air inlet and outlets.
2. Select a location where condensation can be dispersed without impacting the
building or others.
3. Select a location near the outdoor unit, with a nearby rated power outlet.
4. Select a location that is out of the reach of children.
