TO USE THE TURBO CONVECTION BAKE FUNCTION (SEE
FIG. 6)
1. Select desired oven rack position. (See "Positioning Rack"
Section)
2. Arrange food on one of the wire racks or in the baking pan.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Turn the function knob "
" " position. Only the bottom heating elements will operate and
the turbo convection fans will be activated. (The heating elements
will cycle ON and OFF to maintain temperature.)
5. Turn the temperature control knob "

6. Turn the timer knob "
set for up to 60 minutes [and additional 60 minute increments as
desired]. The interior light turns on when timer is on. At the end
of the cooking time, a bell signal sounds and the oven turns off
automatically.
7. When baking is completed, open door fully and remove food
carefully with oven mitt.

unattended.
