Operations from the Projector
Using the e-Mail Report Function
The projector sends mail to the addresses you specified
to inform of the replacement time of the projector lamp
(Lamp Reminder), the maintenance time of the
projector (Maintenance Reminder) or the occurrence
of an error (Error Report). You can also receive mail
periodically that contains the projector's status and
user information, etc. (Regular Report)
Setting for e-Mail Report function
To use the e-Mail Report function, set the mail
addresses and date to where and when mail is to be
sent, and which mail functions you are using.

From the Start menu, select Control Panel, then
select e-Mail Report.
The e-Mail setting window opens.

Click the Mail tab.
The following window opens.

Set the addresses where mail is to be sent.
Enter mail addresses in the TO: and CC: text
boxes. The same mail can be sent to three different
addresses at the same time.

Set the time and day when mail is to be sent, and
the mail function you are using (Error Report,
Lamp Reminder and/or Maintenance Reminder).

Click the Server tab.
The mail server setting window opens.

Set the allocated mail address, and SMTP of the
mail server.

When all the settings are complete, click the OK
button.
To send test mail
You can send mail as a test to confirm whether it is
sent to the specified addresses. Click the Test Mail
button.
