TROUBLE-SHOOTING
1a) Check the position of the gun on the separation cone
1b) Check that the cleaning product distribution tip is properly centred in the gun housing
1c) Adjust the quantity of cleaning product to suit the type of spray gun and/or the colour
to be cleaned
1d) Check that the aerosol still contains cleaning product and, if necessary, change
the aerosol
1e) Check that the cleaning product is compatible with the paint used in the gun
1f) Check that the aerosol of cleaning product used complies with Fillon Technologies'
recommendations
1g) Check that the aerosol diffuser is present, in the correct position and not blocked
1h) Check that the separation cone is correctly positioned in its housing
1i) Check that the separation cone is in good condition and, if necessary, change the
separation cone
1j) Check that the air exhaust area on the back of the machine is not obstructed
1h) Check that the air line is filtered (oil, impurities)
2a) Check that the machine's air system is connected and that the system valve is open
(6 bar < P < 8 bar)
2b) Check that the gun is connected to the air system restricted to 2.5 bar
2c) Check the position of the gun on the separation cone
2d) Check that the cleaning product distribution tip is properly centred inside the gun
3a) Check that the spray gun to be cleaned is compatible with the Jetclean machine
3b) Check that the separation cone is not missing
3c) Make sure that the aerosol sleeve assembly is in the upper position.
3d) Make sure that the spray gun centring assembly encrusted.
4a) Check that the sink outlet is not blocked
5a) Check that the drain pipe for the sink is properly inserted into the collection tank and
the sink
5b) Check that the collection tank is not full or damaged and that there are no holes in it
6a) Check that the collection tank plug is tightened properly
6b) The collection tank is full and must be emptied and its contents disposed of in accordance
with regulations in force
