• The rocker switch should not be subjected to intense smoke, dust,
mechanical vibrations, shocks or high temperatures.
• The rocker switch and any damaged components may only be opened or
repaired by certified Ottobock Myo-Service technicians.
• Regularly clean the rocker switch with a cloth slightly dampened with a
soap solution. Do not allow moisture to enter into the rocker switch or
into the contacts.

7 Preparation for Use

7.1 Connecting the Connection Cable

The rocker switch is delivered without connecting cable. It must be ordered
separately. Appropriate cables are 13E50=*, 13E97=*, 13E98=1200 and
13E99=1200 Connecting Cables. Abundantly apply 633F11 Silicone Grease
before connecting the contacts of the connecting cable. The grease will pro­
tect the connectors from sweat and humidity.
8 Disposal
This product must not be disposed of with regular domestic waste.
Disposal that is not in accordance with the regulations of your country
may have a detrimental impact on health and the environment. Please
observe the information provided by the responsible authorities in
your country regarding return and collection processes.
