PERMANENT OPERATION

Pressing the RANGE button, when switching On (selection of A AC or V AC), cancels Auto
Off; the clamp is in permanent operating mode. The symbol P is displayed. To cancel

CHECKING THE BATTERY

By pressing one of the buttons, when switching On, all the symbols are displayed and the
battery symbol and one of the bars of the bargraph flash.
This bar indicates the number of hours still remaining.
The scale is therefore 60 hours and one bar represents 2 hours.
If the arrow on the right flashes: service life greater than 60h.
When the 0 bar flashes, the specifications of the clamp are not within the operating range.
The average service life with a 9.5V alkaline battery is 50 hours.
During operation of the clamp, the battery test is performed every 4 seconds ; if the battery
voltage drops below 6V, the battery symbol is displayed ; change it.

- On RECORD mode, the HOLD button pauses recording: see HOLD-RECORD-PAUSE
