Take all drawers out of the

drawer unit shells. To do
this, lift the drawers twice

over the end stop.
If necessary, mark
the drawers to
prevent them being
interchanged.
For each drawer unit shell,

drill 4 holes in the worktop.

Screw the drawer unit shells

on to the worktop.
Slide the drawers back

in again. When doing so,

make sure that no drawers
are interchanged.
Repeat the procedure for

each drawer unit shell.
Position the covers

between the drawer unit
shells, and mark out the
holes.
Drill the holes using a

4.2 mm drill.
Attach the covers with pop

rivets or self-tapping screws

Erection

5.1.

Erecting the workbench

Make sure that the erection location is suitable for the workbench.
X
The floor must be able to bear safely the weight of the workbench
including the permissible load on the workbench.
At least 2 people should carry the workbench to the erection location,
X
or use suitable lifting gear.
Erect the workbench on a level and stable floor.
X
Use a spirit level to check if the workbench is horizontal.
X
For workstations with height-adjustable supports: Adjust the
X
height-adjustment screws and secure them with locknuts.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to the workbench tipping over.
Risk of tipping over, when workbench weighs <150 kg and each drawer
loaded with >35 kg.
Anchor the workbench to the floor.

5.2.
Optional anchoring of the workbench to concrete floor (BN25)
Depending on the configuration, the workbench can be anchored to the
floor.
Anchoring to the floor ensures that the workbench is secure and stable.
For other types of floors, seek professional advice.

CAUTION!
Damage to pipes and cables buried in the floor.
Before drilling into the floor, make sure there are no pipes and cables
X
buried in the floor near where the anchor holes are planned.
