Problem observed

Blades uneven.
Elements scraping one
another.

rotor is turning correctly
or if bearings are
damaged.
Turbulence.

Check state of blades.
Contact your supplier.
Put nacelle bolts in
place and tighten.
Contact your supplier.
Revise the location
chosen for tower.
