TROUBLESHOOTING

Please go through the following steps in case the device is not working properly:
Problem
The ice cream
is not freezing.
The ice cream
machine stops
before the time
is up.
Cause
The compressor of the ice
cream machine is defect.
Fruit ice cream or sorbet
might be completely frozen
on the outside, but still
slightly liquid on the inside.
The ice cream machine
automatically stops at a
certain ice cream
consistency to avoid
motor damage.
This is not a
technical defect.
Solution
Contact customer service
about a repair.
Immediately after the
program run, place the ice
cream bowl in the freezer
to completely freeze the ice
cream.
When the ice cream
machine stops
automatically, the
perfect ice cream
consistency has been
achieved. If necessary,
the ice cream can be
frozen some more.
