5 Setting into Operation

WARNING Never look directly into the light
source for a longer time, this may
cause eye damage.
Please note that fast changes in light-
ing may trigger epileptic seizures with
photosensitive persons or persons
with epilepsy!
Connect the supplied mains cable to the mains jack
(4) first and then to a socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz). Thus,
the unit is switched on. The display (10) will show
the last adjustment (fig. 1) for a few seconds before
it is extinguished.
6 Operation
The operating mode and the different functions
are selected via a menu (fig. 1) with the buttons
MENU, UP, DOWN and ENTER (6). The supplied
remote control allows to directly select many func-
tions. For operation via a DMX light controller see
chapter 6.7.

6.1 Remote control

1) The remote control is supplied with batteries
inserted. To prevent discharge of the batteries
during storage, an insulating foil is located
between the batteries and the battery contacts.
Prior to the first operation remove the foil from
the battery support on the rear side of the
remote control.
2) When actuating a button, always direct the
remote control towards the LED-600DX / RGB.
There must be no obstacles between the
remote control and the unit.
3) If the range of the remote control decreases,
replace the batteries. For this purpose, push the
small bar with the groove on the rear side of the
remote control to the right and at the same time
remove the battery support.

Two 1.5 V button cells of type L 1130 are re -
quired. When inserting them, make sure that the
positive pole of the front button cell points
upwards and the negative pole of the rear but-
ton cell points upwards.
Removing the battery support
Remove the batteries if the remote control is
not used for a longer period of time so that the
remote control will not be damaged in case the
batteries should leak.
Do not put exhausted batteries into the
household rubbish but take them to a
special waste disposal (e. g. collective
container at your retailer) which is not
harmful to the environment.
