1.CABINET DESCRIPTION
The SOUND TOP cabinet, designed for the preservation of ice-creams and frozen foods and for the display of fresh pre-
packed foods, is available in the following lengths: 2100-2500 mm. The main features and dimensions are illustrated
in drawings 1, 2a, 2b and 2c on pages 3, 4, 5 and 6. The pictures on page 3 refer to the following parts: 1) Condenser
area 2) Control panel 3) Power cord 4) Rating plate 5) Water drain 6) Support for power outlets.As for cabinet weights,
empty and packed, see on page 7. A wide range of optional accessories is available for enhanced functions. In this
respect, contact the after-sales service, the sole authorised accessories installer.

2.TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING

The cabinet is delivered in a special package including a pallet, for ease of handling by the use of fork lift trucks. Handle
the machine on its own pallet or on a similar platform; use a manual or electric fork lift truck, provided that it is suita-
ble for this equipment and that it provides the required lifting capacity (see page 7-figs.3 and 4).Handling is reserved
for the authorised after-sales service.
3.DELIVERY AND WAREHOUSING
Prior to accepting the cabinet from the carrier, check the conditions of the package. If it shows visible damage, the cabi-
net may have been damaged too. If so, unpack the equipment in the presence of the carrier and sign the receipt as con-
ditionally accepted. The manufacturer disclaims all liability for damage caused by transportation or incorrect handling
during storage. Unpacking is reserved for the authorised after-sales service. Warehousing temperature must be between
-25°C and +55°C, with air humidity between 30% and 95%. Keep the cabinet away from direct sunlight and the ele-
ments.
4.INSTALLATION AND AMBIENT CONDITIONS
The cabinet must not be installed in premises containing explosive gas substances. It cannot be used outdoors or expo-
sed to the rain.
Prior to connecting the cabinet, make sure that the rating plate data meet the features of the available electrical system
(see page 8 - fig.8). For correct operation, the cabinet must be placed on a level floor (see page 7 - fig.5), far from heat
sources and/or direct sunlight, doors, windows, fans or ventilation outlets (see page 7 - fig.6). It must be granted the
free front area required for use by shoppers.
The room where the appliance is installed must meet the requirements on page 7, fig.7.
WHEN THE REFRIGERATOR IS OFF, KEEP THE DOORS OPEN TO AVOID DAMAGING THE ANTI-FOG FILM.

5.ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

IMPORTANT:AHEAD OF THE CABINET THERE MUST BE AN ALL-POLE CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH CONTACT GAP OF AT
LEAST 3 MM AND THE SUITABLE CIRCUIT-BREAKING CAPACITY.
The position of the circuit breaker must enable its use in any emergency situation (maximum distance 3 m). Show the
position of the circuit breaker to all cabinet users.
The cabinet must be installed by professionally qualified personnel, in accordance with the instructions provided by the
