I. INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Before use, check that the power supply complies with the label on the back of the
device and that the fryer is well grounded. Do not place explosives (such as gas
cylinders) close to the device. Place the unit in a well ventilated area.

Fill the tanks with oil so that the level is between the marks of minimum and ma-
ximum level.

For the non-timer fryers: RCEF-08E, RCEF-08D,RCEF-10E, RCEF-10D, RCEF-13E,
RCEF-13D, RCEF-16E, RCEF-16D, RCKF-16E, RCKF-16D, RCKF-16E, RCKF-16D,
RCSF-16ETH, RCKF-16D, For the „non-switch" models RCEF-10E-ECO, RCEF-
10D-ECO, Set the thermostat to "0", connect the fryer to power, the green light
is on. Turn the on/off switch on (only for non-timer fryers), set the desired tem-
perature (adjust the thermostat knob clockwise). The orange light turns on and
the fryer begins to heat up. Food is being heated. When the temperature reaches
the set data, the orange light goes out. When the temperature is cooled down to
lower, then the orange light is on again. This circle period to keeps machines wor-
king and stopping all the time to make sure the constant temperature.
For the timer fryers: RCTF-10E, RCTF-10D, RCTF-13E, RCTF-13D
Set the thermostat to "0", connect the fryer to power, the green light is on. Turn
the on/off switch on, then set the desired temperature (adjust the thermostat
knob clockwise). Set the timer also clockwise. If switch is on, thermostat is set,
but if timer is not set, then orange light will never be up. However, If switch is on,
thermostat is set, timer is set, then orange light will be up, Food is being heated.
When the temperature reaches the set data, the orange light goes out. When the
temperature is cooled down to lower, then the orange light is on again. This circle
period to keeps machines working and stopping all the time to make sure the
constant temperature.

Use the baskets after mounting the handles. Place food in the basket and immer-
se it into the oil. When the food is fried, hang the basket up on the nail to let the
oil drop off.

The covers are designed to keep the content warm and to protect it from dirt. If
you want to use the covers, make sure they are not wet.

When you have finished working, tilt the heating elements 90 degrees backwards.
The heating elements are vertical, and the oil can drop off.

Our fryers are equipped with a safety button. When the heating element is tilted
back, it turns off automatically to prevent from accidents.

Once the oil has reached the room temperature, the tanks can be removed or
emptied through the exhaust valves (on selected models of more than 10L).

Make sure the thermostat is back to "0" (adjust the thermostat knob anticlock-
wise) when you have finished your work, and disconnect the fryer.
II. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For an easy cleaning, a removable resistance is a plus. Thanks to this possibility, the
cleaning of our devices is very simple: empty the oil, remove the heating element, and
clean up the resistance, the fryer and the basket. Everything is easily accessible: the
cleanup is quick and easy.

10. Tilt back the resistance when it is cooled down. Empty the oil.
11. Use a soft cloth to clean, or use a mild vinegar adapted to the cleaning of gastro-
nomy equipment.
12. It is absolutely forbidden to clean the fryer with water to prevent the loss of
warranty and a device failure.
III. WARNING
Our fryers are rated at 3000, 3200, 3500 watts for single phase tabletop single fryers
or 2x3000, 2x3200, 2x3500 watts for single phase tabletop double fryers. This is the
maximum recommended by normal voltage of 220-230V, and is a condition for obtai-
ning the CE mark.
13. It is forbidden to use the device without oil.
14. To avoid unnecessary accidents, unplug the device after each use.
15. If the device does not work, do not open it on your own, but please contact the
dealer or an electrician.
16. Unauthorized opening leads to a loss of warranty.
WARNING: Elder oil has a lower boiling point and can produce a foam which tends
to overflow. Similarly, moist fried foods lead to the formation of foam.
