Start-up and operation

1. Setting up the unit
Set up the Cultura incubator in a horizontal position.
2. Power supply
Make sure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate
complies with the local power supply.
Subsequently, connect the power cord to the power
supply.
3. Switching on the unit
Switch on the unit using the ON/OFF switch (No.1).
The pilot lamp lights up.

4. Operating temperature

The preset operating temperature of approx. 35 °C / 95 °F
is reached after approx. 30 minutes.
The operating temperature can be altered by using a
screw driver to turn the setting button. Turning the
button 1 mm to the right causes the temperature to
increase by approx. 1 °C / 1,8 °F, turning it to the left
causes the temperature to decrease by 1 °C / 1,8 °F.
Note:
• Always keep the door tightly closed.
• Do not open the door wider than at a 90 ° angle
(risk of fracture).
• Do not place the apparatus next to sources of external
heat, such as a radiator or sunlight.
• Do not place plastic tubes directly on the heated base.
Use the heat protection base supplied with the
incubator.
