Pull over
This exercise trains all the chest muscles.
Muscles used: pectorals, latissimus dorsi,
serratus
Movement:
- lie on the bench with the backrest in the
horizontal position and your head at the end
of the backrest
- grasp the dumbell with a crossed grip,
keeping your arms perpendicular to the
ground and your elbows slightly bent and
close together
- moving your shoulder joints, take the dumbell
as far as you can behind your head without
spreading your elbows, then go back to the
starting position
- the elbows must be kept at the same angle
throughout the exercise.
