This exercise isolates the biceps. Together with
the triceps exercises, it helps to build strong,
balanced arms. Working in a seated position
allows you to train your arm without straining
your back.

Movement:

- position the backrest in the third hole
- sit on the bench, keeping your back firmly
against the backrest
- in the starting position your arms should be
perpendicular to the ground, palms forward
- curl your forearm without moving the whole
arm, bringing the dumbell towards your
shoulder
- go back to the starting position with a
controlled movement.
