Aggregate figure for vibration a
Uncertainty K
The vibration level as stated here is a measured value obtained
by the standardised method set out in EN 60745-1:2009; it
can be used for the purposes of device comparison.
The figure for vibration stated here is for the power tool
in conditions of its intended use and can differ from the
actual figure for the power tool in conditions of other use
or if not adequately serviced.
Accurately estimating vibration load over a certain work
period entails making due allowance for the times
during which the device is switched off or running, but
not actually in use. This can reduce vibration load over
the entire work period by a significant margin.
f Define additional safety measures to protect the operator
from the effects of vibration, for example:
• Servicing of power tools and use tools
• Keeping hands warm
• Workflow organisation
