SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION!
Danger due to brake being released!
Jolting can cause the load pressure brake to be released. Do not use the winch for securing
loads! Do not remove the crank handle under load!
Danger to life and limb! - Never stand under suspended loads!
Risk of accident! - Do not actuate the locking lever under load!
Risk of accident! - Lowering loads over prolonged periods may cause the braking system to become
hot. Observe cooling breaks!
Depending on the load, the maximum lowering duration is 2 - 5 minutes.
Risk of accident! - Do not operate the winch if the locking lever is damaged!
Otherwise, the crank handle could be fitted with the braking function deactivated.
Only use ropes whose karabiner hooks are attached with a pressed rope loop.
Sharp edges! Risk of abrasion, crushing, cuts. Always wear protective gloves.
If using a strap - observe the required breaking load.
Do not allow the rope/strap to knot.
Do not expose straps to acids or alkalis.
Protect straps against moisture and permanent exposure to sunlight by means of a cover.
Do not exceed the loads specified in the technical data.
