Safety instructions

– Avoid contact with moisture – therefore use in closed rooms or in
protected outdoor areas wherever possible.
– Do not expose the device to mechanical stress, extreme
temperatures or significant vibration.
– The device should only be used in the specified pressure range up
to max. 6.85 bar. Excess pressure poses a safety risk.
– Observe the safety precautions of local and national authorities
relating to correct evaluation of the measurement results. A tread
depth of ≤ 1.6 mm is normally considered a safety risk. You should
have the tyres replaced by a specialist workshop.
– The tread depth must be determined over the entire tyre
circumference. The lowest measured value is decisive.
– Incorrect tyre pressure can have an adverse effect on driving safety
and the service life of the tyres. Set the optimum tyre pressure
specified for your vehicle.
– The device must only be used in accordance with its intended
purpose and within the scope of the specifications. Modifications
or changes to the device are not permitted, this will otherwise
invalidate the approval and safety specifications.
– The measuring device is not a toy and should be kept out of the
reach of children.
