the UPS shutdown. Please follow the steps below to install monitoring software:
1. Insert the provided CD-ROM
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
3. When your computer restarts, the monitoring software will appear as an orange plug icon
located in the system tray, near the clock.
Note: The UPS can be used even if you do not have any communication connection
RS232.

Function
 Turn on the UPS: Press and hold ON/Mute button for at least 2
seconds to turn on the UPS.
 Mute the alarm: When the UPS is turned on in battery mode, press
and hold this button for at least 5 seconds to disable or enable the
alarm system. This does not apply in situations where warnings or
errors occur.
 Up key: Press this button to display previous selection in the UPS
setting mode.
 Switch to the UPS self-test mode: Press ON/Mute button for 5
seconds to start the UPS self-testing while in AC mode, ECO mode,
or converter mode.
 Turn off the UPS: Press and hold this button for at least 2 seconds to
turn off the UPS. The UPS switches to standby mode, normal power
mode or transfer to Bypass mode if the Bypass enabled mode is set.
 Confirm the selection key: Press this button to confirm the selection
in the UPS setting mode.
 Switch LED message: Press this button to change the LED message
for level of output load, battery level. It will return to the default
display after 10 seconds.
 Setting mode: Press and hold this button for 5 seconds to enter the
UPS setting mode when the UPS is in standby mode or bypass
mode.
