PROBLEM
Low pump pressure
Faulty Pump
No spray Solution tank is empty
Solution hose is not properly connected
Spray tip is plugged
Pump motor is not running
Damaged solution hose
Pump not running No power to pump -- no power to cord
Circuit Breaker tripped
Faulty Pump
Recovery tank cover is loose or drain hose cap is loose
Low suction
Damaged vacuum gasket
Vacuum Break Cover is open on Hard Surface Tool
Vacuum hose connection loose or damaged vacuum hose
No suction Recovery tank is full
Circuit Breaker tripped
Faulty vacuum motor
No power No power to machine
Auto Dump not Strainer is dirty

UNPLUG POWER CORDS BEFORE
SERVICING MACHINE.
POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Prime pump
Fill solution tank
Secure solution hose connection
Clean or replace spray tip
Verify machine is plugged in and turned on
Replace solution hose
Test the switch, test the pump motor,
verify power cords are plugged in properly
Reset circuit breaker on control panel
Close recovery tank cover and secure drain
hose cap
Close Vacuum Break Cover
Check vacuum hose or replace vacuum
hose
Empty recovery tank
Reset circuit breaker on control panel
Check building circuit breakers, make
sure power cords are on 2 different outlet
circuits
Clean Strainer
