Nach Ausführung der Arbeit ist die Last von dem Seil
zu nehmen und das Seil auf die Trommel des Gerätes
einzuziehen.
4.4 Reinigung und Wartung
•
Die Verbindungen der beweglichen Elemente und
das Stahlseil sind mit einem Schmiermittel von guter
Qualität zu schmieren.
•
Überprüfen
Sie
regelmäßig,
ob
Maschinenschrauben fest angezogen sind.
•
Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig von Staub, Sand
und anderen Verunreinigungen.
•
Das Gerät sollte einer Durchsicht in Hinsicht
sämtlicher
Beschädigungen
und
einem
Funktionsfähigkeitstest vor dem ersten Gebrauch,
nach Reparaturen oder nach einer Demontage und
nochmaligen Montage und in Abhängigkeit von
der Intensität des Betriebs des Gerätes unterzogen
werden:
Standardbetrieb – einmal im Jahr
Intensiver Betrieb – alle 6 Monate
Austausch des Seils:
1.
Sicherstellen, dass das Seil nicht belastet ist.
2.
Den
Umschalter/Schnappmechanismus
in
Position stellen, die ein freies Abwickeln ermöglicht.
3.
Rollen Sie das gesamte Seil von der Trommel ab.
4.
Das alte Seil aus den Öffnungen nehmen.
5.
Das Seil durch alle vier Öffnungen zumindest einmal
ziehen und das Ende zu einem Knoten binden bzw. an
ein anderes herausragendes Seilstück anschweißen,
um es vor dem Herausziehen zu sichern.
6.
Den
Umschalter/Schnappmechanismus
in
Position stellen, die ermöglicht, das Seil aufzuwickeln.
7.
Das Seil auf die Trommel aufwickeln.
Hinweis: Ersetzen Sie ein beschädigtes Stahlkabel immer
durch ein identisches Ersatzteil.

2. Usage safety
Non-electrical equipment:
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or even
death.
Whenever "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions, it shall mean Handwinch. When in use, do
not put your hands or other items inside the device!
3.1 Safety at the workplace
a)
Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.
A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.
Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is
going on and use common sense when working with
the device.
b)
Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device off and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
c)
If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
d)
Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
e)
Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden from
entering a work station. (A distraction may result in
a loss of control over the device).
REMEMBER! When using the device, protect children
and
and other bystanders.
3.2 Personal safety
a)
Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b)
When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration whilst
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
c)
Use personal protection equipment as required
for working with the device, specified in section 1
(Legend).
The use of correct, approved personal protection
equipment reduces the risk of suffering an injury.
d)
Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
e)
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
f)
Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before turning
the device on. A tool or spanner left in the revolving
part of the device may cause injury.
3.3 Safe device use
a)
Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools for
the given task. A correctly selected device will perform
the task for which it was designed better and in a safer
manner.
