Changing the engine oil

Determine the expected temperature range before
the next oil change. All oils must match the
API SG-SL service category.
1. Your equipment must be on a leveled, flat surface.
2. It will be easier to drain the oil if hot.
3. Collect the used oil in a proper container.
4. Carefully unscrew the oil drain plug (1) in order to
avoid any potential accidents, such as burns.

5. When the oil is completely drained, screw the oil
drain plug into place.
6. Remove the crankcase oil entry cap (2) and insert
20W50 oil, according to engine model.
a. 13.5 HP engine (Briggs & Stratton): 1.15 liters.
b. 15 HP engine (TRAPP / Lifan): 1.1 liters.
c. 16 HP engine (Briggs & Stratton): 1.65 liters.
