5. Before starting the equipment

Screw the vacuum pump (Fig. 1/ Item 1) into the
sealing plug (Fig. 1/ Item 2) and place this fi rmly
in the plastic container (Fig. 1/ Item 3).
Insert the supplied suction hose (Fig. 1/ Item 4)
into the sealing plug (Fig. 2).
6. Operation
Suction process (Fig. 3)
Place the end of the suction hose into the contai-
ner that you wish to empty. By making pumping
movements with the pump lever a vacuum is
created in the collecting container and the liquid
is sucked into this container.
The suction hose can be closed with the supplied
shut-off clip (Fig. 1/Item 5) to empty the collecting
container.
Important.
If the container you wish to empty is higher
than the suction pump, the liquid will continue
to flow even after you stop the pumping mo-
vements. In this case the liquid can be stop-
ped using the supplied shut-off clip (Fig. 1/
Item 5).
Do not leave the equipment unattended du-
ring the suction process.
The suction process must be fully completed
when you leave the unit.
Petrol and oil are dangerous substances
which must be disposed of in accordance
with public regulations.
