Troubleshooting
Problem
The device will not
switch on.
The "Pass" or "Fail" LED
flashes with the "Excess
Air" LED in several
measurement attempts
in a row.
LED "Fault" flashes 3 x.
LED "Fault" flashes 4 x.
LED "Fault" flashes 5 x.

Care and cleaning

NOTICE!
Do not use sharp or hard objects or cleaning agents for cleaning
as these may damage the product.
➤ Occasionally clean the product with a damp cloth.

Possible cause
The device is not sup-
plied with voltage.
There is oil on the filter. Clean the filter, see chapter
Calibration error
Temperature error
Calibration compensa-
tion error
Mini Identifier R-134a
Remedy
Make sure that the connection
cable is correctly connected to
the device and the battery.
"Maintaining and cleaning the
filter" on page 17.
Perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect the power
supply.
2. Make sure the power supply
is 12–15 Vg.
3. Place the device in an envi-
ronment with a temperature of
15–27 °C.
4. Press the manual pump
10 times.
5. Put the device back in oper-
ation and test it to see if it
works.
If the problem persists: Con-
tact the authorised customer
service.
