CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Regular care and maintenance is essential in ensuring that this product is safe for use. Remove any dust or dirt on
the plug or socket by using a dry brush. If any of the following circumstances take place, stop use immediately
and contact Magic Chef Customer Service.
• Power cord and/or plug suffer from expansion, deformation, discoloration, damages, etc.
• A portion of the power cord and the plug are hotter than usual
• Multicooker heats abnormally, emitting a burnt smell
• When the unit is on, there is an unusual sound or shock
CLEANING
CAUTION: DO NOT clean the Magic Chef Multicooker when it is plugged in or hot. DO NOT immerse the
cooker base in water.
• Remove lid, condensation collector, and inner pot from the base. To clean, use detergent and wipe dry once
washed. The stainless steel inner pot can be washed in the dishwasher.
• Wipe the entire base, housing unit, and exterior pot dry with a cloth.
- For the lid, make sure you clean the gasket, exhaust valve, anti-block shield, and float valve. DO NOT
disassemble the exhaust valve pipe.
