8. When the appliance is in stand-by mode, press
the button for 2 seconds. The appliance will
switch off.
9. If the water level is lower than the MIN indication
or if the appliance is lifted up whilst in use, the
display will show "Err" and a beep will sound
until the error has been rectified. Press the
button to restart the appliance. The appliance
will automatically switch off after 30 seconds.
10. When the programme has ended, "End" will be
shown on the display and 6 beeps will sound.
"End" will be continuously displayed until the
appliance is switched off or restarted.
Please note: You will always hear a beep when you
adjust the settings.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

(See Fig. 4)
1. Unplug the appliance and wait until it has cooled
down
2. When cleaning the appliance, do not use sharp
objects or aggressive or abrasive detergents.
3. You can remove the stainless steel sleeve (6) by
removing the screw (3) first and then rotating
the sleeve. To replace the parts, repeat the steps
above in reverse order. Do not operate the sous-
vide stick without the stainless steel sleeve!
4. The stainless steel sleeve (6) and the water
pump camp (7) can be cleaned with soapy water
and are also dishwasher-safe.
5. Limescale may build up on the remaining
components that come into contact with water
(heating coil, pump axis and sensors). These can
be cleaned with a descaling agent, such as the
ones available for kettles and irons. Make sure
that the upper part of the appliance does not get
wet.

WASTE DISPOSAL

Electrical appliances, accessories and their
packaging must be reused as much as possible in
an environmentally sound manner. Do not dispose of
these items together with your normal rubbish. Only

Guideline on the disposal of old electric and
electronic appliances, the appliances that are no
longer used must be collected and recycled in an
environmentally sound manner.

BOURGINI SERVICE AND WARRANTY

The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the
date of purchase as stated on your purchase receipt,
which also your proof of warranty. Please turn to
your retailer to claim your warranty. The warranty
shall not apply if the product is subjected to incorrect
use,, improperly disassembled, damaged by falls,
impacts or similar, or if damage is caused due to
failure to descale in good time products that are
manufactured for use with water. Should a certain
product be provided with specific warranty terms and
conditions, these shall receive priority over general
terms and conditions. The warranty shall not apply
