Press PROG. (6). The legend "rAtE" appears on the display (1) for about two seconds;
to indicate that you are setting the temperature increase gradient.
Two numbers appear on the display (1); enter the parameter in °C/min by acting on the "-" (7)
or "+" (8) keys.
By setting the temperature increase rate to 30 the kiln element will remain on and
heat at the maximum rate.
D. Press PROG. (6). The legend "tImE" appears on the display (1) for about 2 seconds indicating that
you are setting the first stage holding time (i.e. holding time between first and second stage).
The holding time range is 1 minute - 21 hours.
Four numbers indicating hours and minutes appear on the display (1).
Set holding time by acting on the "-" (7) or "+" (8) keys.
The two figures on the left-hand side of the display (1) indicate the hours while
the two figures on the right-hand side indicate the minutes.
For example, to enter "08.30": enter "0", enter "8", press the PROG. key (6), enter
"3" and finally enter "0".

Press PROG. (6). The following messages appear on the display (1) for about two seconds,
one after the other:
• "F2" indicates access to the second stage;
• "tEmP" indicates the settable temperature of the second stage.
Two figures appear on the display: to set the second stage temper. act on the "-" (7) or "+" (8) keys.
The temperature setting for the second stage must be at least 25°C higher than the
first stage temperature setting.

For a immediate start proceed as follows:
• Go through all the data programming procedures described in paragraph 7.3; check that the word
OFF appears on the display and press the CYCLE key (5) three times consecutively.
