8. MANUTENZIONE
Prima di ogni pulizia spegnere l'apparecchio e staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Controllare regolarmente l'apertura di aspirazione dell'apparecchio e rimuovere l'eventuale polvere
accumulatasi. Utilizzare un panno umido per pulire la carpenteria esterna. Non esporre il ventilatore a getti
d'acqua.
Prima del riutilizzo dell'apparecchio, assicurarsi che tutte le parti pulite a umido siano completamente
asciutte.
Nota: più polvere è presente nell'ambiente in cui si utilizza il ventilatore, maggiore è la frequenza con cui
dev'essere ripulito o sostituito il filtro

conformi ai requisiti essenziali di sicurezza di cui alla Direttiva macchine 2006/42/CE; inoltre risultano
conformi alle seguenti direttive:

Only strict observance of the rules contained in this manual can guarantee proper functioning and a safe use
of the breathing apparatus. SPASCIANI SPA does not assume any responsibility for any damage that may
occur following the incorrect or inappropriate use of the apparatus described herein, as well as for
maintenance operations carried out by unauthorised personnel.
The breathing apparatus are III category PPE as defined in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and as such
should be used by trained personnel and under the supervision and responsibility of persons who are
perfectly aware of the limits of application and of the legislation in force.
The apparatus should only be used for the purposes outlined in this manual, and only competent and trained
personnel should inspect and review the apparatus. Only original SPASCIANI spare parts should be used for
service and maintenance. All data included in this booklet have been carefully verified.
SPASCIANI SPA does not, however, assume any responsibility for any possible errors, and the company reserves
the right to amend, in full or in part, the technical characteristics of its products, without prior notice.
1. DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
DUCT is a fresh air hose breathing apparatus for use with full face mask, according to EN 138:1994 standard.
DUCT allows operators to work in environments with low oxygen levels or contaminated air, by taking clean
air from some distance away from the work space through an air supply hose whose length may change from
10 m to 60 m. It is therefore an adequate system to work within confined spaces.
DUCT is designed and certified to function with the SPASCIANI masks models "TR 82" (code 112190000), "TR
82 glass visor" (code 112220000), "TR 82 anti-splatter visor" (code 112240000), "TR 82 S" (code 112170000),
"TR 2002 CL2" (code 113020000), "TR 2002 CL3" (code 113030000), "TR 2002 S CL3" (code 113080000). All
these masks are EN 136:1998 certified. It is necessary to refer to the instructions attached to the mask before
use.
DUCT is available in two versions:
• DUCT ECO
Is the "unassisted" version; the fresh air supply is guarantee by the natural respiration of the operator.
