Since the following cases may not indicate a serious problem, check each of them before asking
for repair service.

CHECK ITEMS
● Is there a power outage?
● Is the power plug plugged in firmly?
● Has the breaker or a fuse shorted out?
● Are the batteries in the remote controller fresh?
● Is the Prefilter dirty?
● Are Semi HEPA filter and activated carbon filter dirty?
● Are Semi HEPA filter and activated carbon filter installed?

Is Semi HEPA filter installed backwards?
● A crackling sound is often emitted when tiny fibers are
taken in and does not indicate a failure. ( If this sound is
emitted continuously, please contact your dealer. )

Was the air in the room dirty when the power plug was
plugged into the outlet? ( Odor sensor )
● Is the lens on the dust sensor dirty? ( Switch the fan speed
manually until the air in the room is cleaned, then start
automatic operation. )
● Are pesticides, volatile cosmetics, alcohol-based
substances or spray cans being used in the room?

Is the air in the room dirty from exhaust gas from
combustion devices or car exhaust?
● Is the opening and closing of a door causing wind to hit
the air cleaner directly or causing sudden temperature
changes in the room? ( Use by changing the fan speed via
manual operation ) .
