11.- The internal ventilator will continue working to cool down the appliance in STANDBY mode in
order to extend the useful life of the appliance.
Do not unplug the appliance from the mains supply until the ventilator stops working as

this can damage it.
12.- Unplug the appliance.

CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Wait until the appliance has cooled down before beginning cleaning or maintenance tasks.
2.- Clean the heating surface with a damp cloth and soap.
Dry the heating surface once you have finished cleaning it.

Do not submerge the appliance in water. It is not waterproof.

Never use metallic tools for cleaning the hob.
3.- Periodically clean the hob ventilation grille using a brush (not included) to prevent the grille
becoming blocked (image 1).
