The grinder must only be adjusted with the appliance turned off and with no coffee in the grinder.
Turn the grinder towards "+"for a courser grind, and towards "-" for a finer grind (see figure F2).
If the coffee flow is too slow it means that the ground coffee is too fine, while if the flow is too fast it means the ground coffee
is too course. Many other factors can also affect the coffee flow, such as the amount of coffee, how much it has been pressed,
the appliance adjustment, the cleanliness of the filters and the climatic conditions.

All the models are fitted with a device to adjust the height of the fork.
Loosen the screw by half a turn (see figure F3) and slide the fork to the
required height, tighten the screw to ensure if firmly holds the filter holder.

M2 Coffee dispenser-Grinder
Pull the dosing lever to get the right dose of coffee.
The appliance is set by the manufacturer at approx. 7 grams per dose.
To change the dose, turn the knob inside the coffee dispenser in a clockwise
direction (smaller dose) or anti-clockwise direction (larger dose).

Never fill the coffee dispenser by more than 2/3rds.
M2M Instant coffee grinder
Place the filter holder on the fork and press the red dispensing button, until
the required amount of coffee has been ground.

M2D programmable instant coffee grinder
The M2D model is equipped with a programmable electric card, to regulate
the time for a dose. It is also equipped with a led light showing the appliance
work phases. See figure F6.

The light flashes for 3 seconds and memorises the grinding time, after which
it automatically resets.
To extract a dose of coffee, place the filter holder on the fork and press the
red dispensing button until the light goes off.
The grinding time can be adjusted by turning the knob on the bottom of the
appliance (see figure F7).
