6. Within seconds, the inverter will automatically recognize the firmware, the inverter will display the
following screen and the update process will begin.
Do not remove the memory card until the firmware loading process is completed successfully.
If the inverter was connected to the grid and injecting energy, it automatically stops until the new
firmware version is operational.
7. Once you have correctly completed loading the firmware a confirmation screen will appear on the display.
In the event it was not successful, a screen will appear reporting the error. In this case, consult section

"Troubleshooting in the firmware loading process".

8. At this point you can remove the SD card pressing it downwards slightly so the inverter ejects from the
slot. In order to maintain the protection rating of the system after performing this task you should always
replace the card reader's protective cover.
9. Once you have removed the card press
10. Check that the firmware version installed on the inverter has changed to the new version.
Troubleshooting in the firmware loading process
In the event that it was not possible to load the firmware, check the following:
Possible problem
Impaired memory card or the model used is incompatible with
the inverter.
ERROR 2: The SD card is not valid or has not been recognized.
ERROR 8: Loading the firmware has not completed for a certain
reason. It might not need to be updated because the version you
are trying to load is the same one as already installed.
Error different to those previously described.
If it is not possible to load via the SD card, connect the inverter to a computer, run the INGECON SUN Manager
software and load the firmware through said software. You can find the instructions to load the firmware at the
INGECON SUN Training website in the courses section (http://www.ingeconsuntraining.info/?page_id=4127).
If it is not possible to complete the update after the previous points, contact the Ingeteam Technical Service.
