2 Connecting the battery pack to the inverter
This
chapter
US2000/US3000/FORCE-L1/FORCE-L2.
Please, take into account the following technical notes:
1) The inverter is turned OFF before connecting the battery pack to the inverter.
2) The battery circuit breaker is on the OFF position.
3) Connect the DC power wires with 10mm
4) Connect the CAN Communication wire using, for example, an Ethernet cable without
the RJ45 terminals.

1. Pass the wires through the dedicated
cable grommet, respecting the
polarities.
2. Remove the M5 bolts and connect the
wiring to the terminals marked as
J105 BATTERY + and J106
BATTERY –
3. Tighten the M5 bolts with a torque of
2.5Nm.
4. Check the connection is tight.

Wiring of CAN communication wire
PYLONTECH US2000/US3000/FORCE-L1/FORCE-L2 batteries require a CAN communication
wire to the ISS 1Play.
The ISS 1Play and PYLONTECH US2000/US3000/FORCE-L1/FORCE-L2 use a two-pin CAN
connector. Cut one extreme of the CAN communication wire and connect to the inverter as is
specified in the following table:

1. Pass the wires though the dedicated
protective cap. Ingeteam
recommends using a tubular terminal
in accordance with DIN 46 228/1
2. Open the clamp-type terminal J50
Battery, insert the positive pole cable.
Open the clamp-type terminal
J51BATTERY, insert the negative
pole cable.
3. Tight the cable gland to avoid
protection losses.
4. Check the connection is tight.
