b) Posizionare la maschera di foratura sovrapponendo i fori
indicati dalle frecce gialle sulla maschera, a quelli appena al-
largati.

c) Con l'ausilio di un trapano a mano praticare i fori indicati
sulla maschera di foratura, utilizzando punte di foratura del dia-
metro specificato sulla maschera stessa.
d) Rimuovere la maschera di foratura.
4) Dopo aver tolto la maschera di foratura, fissare il dispositivo
SR 60 allo smontagomme utilizzando:
n.4 viti M 6x16
n.4 dadi M 6

5) Montare le vaschette portaoggetti (13, Fig. E) ad incastro
negli appositi fori posti sul dispositivo.
ALLACCIAMENTO PNEUMATICO
5.3
N.B.: Prima di questa operazione scollegare lo smontagomme
da ogni sua fonte di alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica.
1) Inserire a fondo un capo del tubo ø 6-4 (14, Fig. F), fornito
nel kit, nel raccordo ad innesto rapido (17, Fig. F) dell' SR 60
orientato verso l'interno dello smontagomme.
2) In posizione conveniente all'interno della carcassa, tagliare
in modo netto con un cutter il tubo di alimentazione dell'aria
compressa (15, Fig. F), proveniente dal gruppo filtro-regolatore

e diretto alla pedaliera dello smontagomme.
3) Installare il raccordo (16, Fig. F) in dotazione, in modo da
ripristinare l'ingresso di alimentazione appena interrotto, ed
avere a disposizione un ulteriore attacco dell'aria.
4) Collegare il tubo proveniente dall' SR 60 (14, Fig. F) al rac-
cordo appena installato.
5) Rimontare la fiancata sinistra e ripristinare i collegamenti di
alimentazione allo smontagomme.

b) Position the template placing the holes indicated by the
yellow arrows on top of those you have just widened.
c) Use a hand drill to make the holes shown on the template.
Use the drill diameter given on the template.
d) Remove the drilling template.
4) After you have removed the template, attach the SR 60 to
the tyre changing using:
n. 4 M 6x16 screws (11, Fig. E)
n. 4 M6 nuts (12, Fig. E)
5) Install the snap in storage trays (13, Fig. E) using the holes
pre-drilled on the SR 60.
COMPRESSED AIR HOOK UP
5.3
NB: Before any installation work, check to make sure that the
tyre changer is disconnected from all electric and pneumatic
supply sources.
1) Insert one end of the diam. 6-4 hose (14, fig. F) in the installa-
tion kit, onto the quick coupling fitting (17, Fig. F) on the SR 60
turned towards the inside of the changer.
2) At a convenient point inside the cabinet, use a cutter to
make a nice clean cut through the compressed air feed hose
(15, Fig. F) from the filter/pressure regulator and going towards
the tyre changer pedal unit.
3) Install the fitting (16, Fig. F) in the kit to re-establish the com-
pressed air supply you just cut off. have another air connect to
hand.
4) Connect the hose from the SR 60 (14, Fig. F) to the fitting you
just installed.
5) Replace the left side panel and turn the tyre changer power
supplies back on.
