Possible cause
Very big amounts of ingredi-
ents of very hard consistency
block the blades.

lation openings on the lower

enough in the multi-function
program.
The mixing speed is too low or
the mixing duration too short if
you have selected the mixing
speed yourself.

Remedy
Remove the blender bowl, loos-
en contents, possibly reduce
their amount (Caution: Risk of
injury with the blades). Reinstall
blender bowl and resume
blending.
Unblock ventilation openings,
let appliance cool down for 1
hour and resume blending.
If necessary reduce the amount
of contents, let appliance cool
down for 1 hour and resume
blending.
Press and hold the power button
until the desired consistency is
reached.
If you have selected the mixing
speed yourself, turn the selec-
tor switch further to the right to
increase the mixing speed, or ex-
tend the mixing process until the
desired consistency is reached.
Finish mixing the mixed product
with the multi-function program
until the desired consistency is
achieved.
Press and hold the power button.
