12 SAFETY REGULATIONS TO FOLLOW DURING USE
- The machine cannot be used in explosion-prone areas;
- Incendiary sources such as free flames, cigarette smoking, sparks, incandescent wires, and overheated surfaces, etc. must
not be present in the environment during use;
- Make sure no solvents and/or substances evaporating during use are sucked up by the machine;
- Make sure the area is well ventilated during use, and consider the direction of the wind if you are using it outdoors;
- During the spraying, always place the machine behind the operator and never direct the jet in the direction of the machine
itself;
- The operators must wear the suitable protections during the spraying operations (protective masks, gloves, clothing, etc.);
- Always check the supply voltage comparing it with the data reported on the plate;
- Switch off the machine immediately when you hear noises or you fear possible accidents;
EN
- Use only original spare parts;
- The possible damaged units must be repaired only by authorized Customer Care Service.
Our company declines every responsibility whatsoever in case the user does not observe said safety criteria; furthermore, it
is not responsible for any kind of negligence when using the equipment or tampering.
13 INSTALLATION (See the drawing B)
1 Using the two-pin connection (bayonet connection), connect the hose to the turbine side, by making it turn clockwise without
forcing it till blocking. (See the drawing B)
2 Connect the other end of the hose (the one provided with a conical connection) to the spray gun handle.
3 Connect the supply plug, respecting the net voltage indicated on the plate (in the model TMR140, TMR90E, TMR150E and
TMR180E the voltage presence indicator turns on).
4 Press the main switch.
5 When varying the air flow rate by means of the adjusting knob of the models TMR80 and TMR140, it is possible to change
the quantity and the paint finishing of the product according to its density/viscosity.
6 For TMR90E, TMR150E and TMR180E only: As soon as you press the switch on the front panel of the device, the RED led
turns on to signal that the electronic assembly is supplied and in stand-by, i.e. waiting for a power on command.
If you press the Power On / Stand-by button (
which is displayed by the first two GREEN leds turning on.
Note 1: If you quickly power on/off several times through the bipolar switch, the electronic board trips by means of a
protection intended to stop functions against a possible malfunction. The minimum time between the power on and off of
the electronic device is 2 seconds.
By acting on the power increase and decrease buttons (
you press, a green led will turn on or off, according to whether you increase or decrease power. To avoid accidentally
holding down one of the buttons of the front panel and making an adjustment you do not wish, release each button before
pressing it once again.
Each regulation step will correspond to a power percentage established inside the micro-controller by taking into account a
minimum speed rate stored by default.
If you power off the electronic device by means of the Power On / Stand-By button or the bipolar switch or by detaching the
plug from the mains, the power value last selected will be stored by the microcontroller. As soon as you power on again, the
device will start from the value last stored.
6.1 Radio control identification procedure
Each device is equipped with a dedicated 4-button RF 433MHz radio control that can fulfil the same functions as the front
panel at a max. distance of 15 metres in the open air.
The radio control is customised by means of silk-printing and supplied with a 12V battery.
To operate with a dedicated radio control, the electronic board shall acquire the identification code; this operation is
accomplished as follows:
1
When the device is off, press the increase/decrease buttons at the same time, hold them down and act on the bipolar switch to
supply the machine;
2
All front panel leds start flashing on and off;
3
Approach the front panel by holding a dedicated RF radio control in your hand and press one of the four buttons available;
4
If the radio control code has been recognised, the electronic board confirms its identification and all leds will remain fixedly on for 1 sec;
5
After having completed identification, the electronic board will cause all leds to flash on and off, waiting for another code intended to
replace the one it has just stored (in case of false programming);
6
Quit the identification procedure by powering off the device by means of a switch;
7
Power on the device again; the electronic board will switch into stand-by mode by turning on the red led;
8
Act on the radio control power on button to start the motor;
9
Press button ▲ and ▼ of the radio control to increase or decrease the motor power;
10
Act on the radio control power off button to switch the device into stand-by mode once again.
However, if you have several dedicated radio controls, perform the identification procedure. The electronic board has
been arranged to acquire and accept the functions coming from max. three radio controls at the same time. Any further
acquisition will overwrite the codes stored before, one at a time.
), the RED led turns off and the motor starts rotating at a minimum power,
), the operator can regulate the motor power at will. Whenever
