alojamiento del pernio, aprovechándonos para hacer la
salida del movimiento transversal de la máquina.
5. AJUSTE PARA MARCO
Para galce 35 mm el cabezal queda regulado automa-
ticamente al regular la puerta y para trabajar haremos
tope en la cara de la base "C" (Fig. 6), con lo que ya nos
dá la holgura entre puerta y marco.
Para galce de 45 mm haremos también tope en la escuadra
"G" como en la puerta y deberemos hacer una corrección
con la galga milimetrada para dar la holgura necesaria.
NOTA
VIRUTEX, S.A. dispone en stock de fresas desde diámetro
10 mm hasta diámetro 20 mm. de mm en mm.

ZB93 HEAD
- The combination of the Z81 spindle shaper and the ZB93
head is the most advanced to on the market for connec-
ting all types of fittings without the use of a templet.
- It is provided with cross movement capacity which does
away with free hand work in the fitting recesses and
the end faces of the standard and Portuguese hinges.
- It plots the frame along the rebate face, automatically
correcting all the imperfections of same.
1. MOUNTING THE HEAD ON THE SHAPER
Remove the standard Z81 shaper head and mount the ZB93
head by use of the mut "A" and the adjustment wheel "B".
Next, mount a cutter whose diameter is equal to the
width of the fitting being placed.
2. DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the nut "A" and, supporting the fitting on the
head base "C", turn the adjustment wheel "B" until the
tool and the fitting are flush, then lock the head with
the nut "A" (Fig. 1).

3. FITTING PLACEMENT MARKINGS
Once the location of the hinges on the frame or door
has been decided, mark the four reference points shown
in (Fig. 2).
A templet can also be used which would allow marking
the placement marking of the three jinges on the door
and frame in one single operation.

4. DOOR ADJUSTMENT

1º - Measurethe width of the hinge as shown in (Fig. 3).
2º - Loosen the "D" and "E" head knobs.
3º - Position the point milimetric gauge by supporting
it on the square "G".
4º - Move the point of the cutter to the reference point
measured in instruction nº 1 (Fig. 4).
5º - Always ensure that the sliding rods "F" make contact
with the square "G" and then lock the knobs "D".
6º - If you wish to work with the machine in a fixed
positon, lock the "E" knobs.
Once the head has been adjusted it should be made to
contact the square "G" as shown in (Fig. 5). Then make
the hinge seat, using the cross movement of the machine
to make the recess.
5. FRAME ADJUSTMENT
For a rebate of 35 mm, the head is automatically adjusted
when the door has been correctly positioned. To make
the cut, make contact with the base face "C" (Fig. 6),
with the gap already set between the door and frame.
For a rebate of 45 mm, make contact with the square "G",
the same as with the door, and make the correct adjustment
with the millimetric gauge to set the required gap.
NOTE
VIRUTEX, S.A. has cutters from diamters of 10 mm to
20 mm in 1 mm increments, in stock.
6. WARRANTY
All VIRUTEX products are guaranteed for 12 months
from the date of purchase, excluding any damage which
is a result of incorrect use or of natural wear and tear
on the machine.
All repairs should be carried out by the official VIRUTEX
technical assistance service.
