eaten. Please dispose of the first
crêpe.

When the surface of the crêpe is
no longer liquid and the crêpe
can be lifted easily, you may turn
it using the wooden spatula. Posi-
tion the spatula under the crêpe
and carefully loosen it from the
baking plate to turn it.

Leave the crêpe to bake a bit lon-
ger and then carefully take it off
the baking plate. After this you
may prepare the next crêpe.

If there is too much grease on the
baking plate, clean it with kitchen
roll.

Crêpes taste best when freshly
prepared. When preparing a large

out, damp cloth. Do not use any

wool, metal objects, hot cleaning
agents or disinfectants, since they
