CLEANING AND CARE

After use and before cleaning, always make
sure that the appliance is not connected to
the power supply via the AC adapter. Switch
off the appliance before cleaning it.
Exercise caution to prevent injuries from
the sharp knife blade!

Clean the knife immediately after each use, to prevent any food
residue from drying on the knife.

Remove the knife blade by pushing in the two locking buttons on
the housing. Carefully pull out the knife blade by the finger guard.

Knife blades can be cleaned in warm water with a little washing-
up liquid added. To prevent injuries, never leave the knife blades
unattended in the washing-up water.

Then dry the knife blades thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Wipe off the housing with a moist cloth. To prevent damage to the
appliance, never immerse the housing in water.

Do not use abrasive scouring agents, steel wool, metal objects,
hot cleaners or disinfectants, since they can cause damage to
the appliance.
The blades require no maintenance, which means they do not have

to be sharpened. Nor do the connections on the appliance need to
be treated with oil.
8.
Store the knife in a dry, dust-free place. We recommend that you
store the knife with all accessories in the storage box. Allow all
parts to dry thoroughly before stowing.
9.
Tip: Charge the appliance completely before stowing it away. This
way, the knife will always be ready for use when it is needed.
