ELLISSE
MOD.
3 - MACHINE DESCRIPTION
3.1 Machine Operating Cycle
The water coming from the water supply by a motor pump with a pressure ranging from 9 to 10 bar,
passes through an over pressure valve set to 12 bar. The boiler water heated by a resistance, heats in
its turn the water in the exchanger water, which by means of a suction lift allows a constant tempera-
ture. From the external exchanger, the water goes directly into the group which, by an electric valve
controlled electrically by a push-button panel or by a key, allows the water to get in for the coffee
infusion.
