ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Dangerous electrical voltage! The machine may only be connected to the mains
supply and the associated checks carried out by a qualified electrician or under the
instruction and supervision of a qualified electrician!
The machine is operated with 400V voltage supply (400 V, 3~, 50 Hz). The use of 16 A fuses is
recommended.
15.1.1 Establishing a 400 V connection
To connect the machine to the electrical mains, proceed as follows:
Check that the supply voltage and its frequency correspond to the specifications on the ma-
chine's nameplate.
Use a suitable equipment to check that the ground connection and the zero connection are
working properly.
The power supply circuit must be equipped with overvoltage protection (RCD with maximum
residual current of 30mA).
Refer to a current carrying capacity table for the required cross-section of the power supply
cables. (Make sure that the cables are in good condition and suitable for transmitting power.
Undersized cables reduce the power transmission and heat up considerably)
Connect the supply cables to the appropriate clamps in the input box (L1, L2, L3, N, РЕ) - see
figure below.
